Now that the dust has settled since NAR has rolled out the new required contracts for Showing Agreements and Buyer Broker Agreements, I am thrilled to share business is continuing as is. With the exciting news of the Feds cutting the interest rate for the first time in 4 years by .5% this creates a tremendous opportunity for both Buyers and Sellers. With affordability being an issue, the ease on the interest rates will help lower your mortgage cost. An unexpected soulful Thai restaurant is located in the most unassuming street of Calle Ocho. What feels like an alley way restaurant, with nearly broken chairs to sit on, the cozy restuarant is able to pack in tons of flavors in their authentic dishes. With only walk-in available, you'll sometimes be lucky with a seat available immediately or you'll have to wait patiently to be seated even if there's an empty table of 4 ahead of you. This place means business. With an emphasis on quick turnover by enforcing a strict, one time order policy, I highly recommend reviewing the menu while you wait for your seat. Portion sizes are small so if you think you're not ordering enough, add on two more dishes. You'll thank me later. Don't go if you're a large group or indecisive. Go for a first date or casual dinner with your friends. Shout out to my server who suggested to avoid Larb Muang due to high spicy level.
