With the school session ending for the year, we have families preparing for their next chapter. As they eye the single-family housing market, bedroom count and square footage are key driving factors for their decision-making. This significant investment is ultimately for their future where they lay their roots, and they are open to modifications and renovations that suit their needs.
As for the condo/townhome market, the inventory continues to grow with limited options available for turnkey units. This year, I indulged in a two-part dinner to celebrate my birthday. I started off with drinks at Klaw (Edgewater) before heading to dinner at Boia De (Little River). I'd like to highlight this special location as it offers unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay. Located in the historical building of Edgewater's Miami Women's Club, the restaurant is known for its king crabs and top-tier selections of beef. Since the sun sets behind the building, booking a table on the rooftop allows you to enjoy the warm summer breeze as the sunlight casts colorful trails of clouds during this glorious hour. The oysters were fresh, and the cocktails were the perfect aperitifs. I'm definitely coming back for the lobster roll.
