As we navigate through the summer months, I wanted to share some insights on what I've been seeing in the market. For single-family homes, both sales and rental activity have picked up. The end of the school year can be a chaotic time as students wrap up finals. Parents have been patient, waiting to jump back into the market to prepare for their family's next chapter. There were a spike in showing requests as the moment summer vacation commenced, with families attempting to squeeze in some viewings before their travels. On the flip side, many families may delay their home search until after their vacation, which I forecast will lead to an increase in showings in the next few weeks. As for the condo market, buyers continue to search for the best deals as inventory increases in the market. Investors continue to prioritize their search by pricing, rental policies, and the condition of units. The summer months tend to attract a new pool of buyers, including our international buyers. | | Fantastic option for both lunch and dinner, come check out this flavorful restaurant located in South Beach and Aventura. I recently dined here for dinner and was surprised to see a completely different menu than what they offered for lunch. The best thing about this restaurant is the ingredients are fresh and full of flavors. We tried their Abbale Herb Salad, crunchy cauliflower, Moroccan spiced local fish (Mahi-mahi), and Moroccan couscous. We loved it so much we wanted to go back the next day! Picture above is from their South Beach location (south of fifth). Avoid the heat and go for dinner when it's a breezy night and top it off with a romantic night lit walk in the neighborhood. |
